Background
Norgestion was the lead advisor of the management of SKV Group, the Spain based supplier of spare parts for the marine industry, on the acquisition of the company in management buyout transaction, for a total consideration of €20 million.

What Difference Did We Make?
Combine six different origin countries with diverse culture and point of view and to have succes, was a big succes for us. To negotiate a proper operation structure in order to fulfill all the requirements from the buyers was hard. Also the general market situation was an obstacle so we focused on giving a clear idea of the real situation of the market everytime.
