What Difference Did We Make?
BroadSpan advised Medial in its growth strategy through acquisitions. During its 1 year mandate, BroadSpan analyzed more than 10 companies for Medial in the healthcare, hospital and diagnostic services industries. With BroadSpan spearheading the transaction, Medial succeeded in acquiring an important stake in one of the largest healthcare companies in the Northeast of Brazil. BroadSpan’s ability to engage Grupo Saude in the process was extremely important as the company acquired was not for sale in the beginning.
