Background
SNT is Dutch market leader in the field of customer contact centers. Fortis Private Equity committed to buy a majority ownership stake in the company, while simultaneously SNT's management acquired a minority share in the company. SNT is one of the largest providers in the Netherlands in the field of handling multi-channel customer contacts and is the country's longest established Contact Center organisation. Clients enclude large insurance companies, various consumer A-brands, banks, IT, Telecom companies and internet service providers. They also run government campaigns and municipal projects.

Based in six locations in the Netherlands and Belgium (Amsterdam, Capelle a/d IJssel, Ede, Groningen Zoetermeer, and Antwerp) the company has over 2,500 agents handling customer contacts for various clients.

What Difference Did We Make?
BlueMind advised SNT management on the management buy out of SNT. BlueMind's role consisted of leading negotiations with Fortis Private Equity on the ownership stake of SNT's management.
