Background
Singhi Advisors acted on behalf of GEI Power Ltd (GEIPL) for arranging Private Equity from BanyanTree Growth Capital, a Mauritius based, USD 125 mln fund. GEIPL is into manufacturing of speciality structural items for power plants, transmission towers, sub-assemblies for power plant/ oil & gas equipment, electrostatic presipitators, etc.
