Owing to the financial restructuring process designed and coordinated by IPOPEMA, PKM DUDA managed to avoid insolvency, caused by its involvement in currency options contracts and its lack of liquidity. The solution designed by IPOPEMA allowed to allign the interests of 8 banks, 6 creditors and the company's shareholders, by consolidating and converting the PKM DUDA's obligations.
