Background
Daruma Corporate Finance acted as sole advisor to Şekeroğlu Kimya in restructuring €1.5 million senior debt. Sekeroglu Kimya, incorporated in 1979, is engaged in manufacturing of plastic containers for food, detergent and dye and in providing printing on plastic containers. The Company is headquartered in Konya which is one of the largest cities located in Central Anatolia region of Turkey. Sekeroglu Plastik is the oldest and one of the largest companies in its sector in Turkey.

What Difference Did We Make?
Daruma provided advisory service to Şekeroğlu Kimya for the restructuring of e1.5 million senior debt. Thanks to this, Şekeroğlu Kimya's short-term cash flow was improved, enabling the Company to sustain its business activities in a more flexible manner.
