Background
Daruma Corporate Finance acted as sole advisor to Hey Tekstil in arranging €30.0 million export receivable financing. Established in 1992, Hey Dis Ticaret is Hey Group company which acts an intermediary foreign trade company between domestic textile manufacturers and their customers abroad.
In addition to this, Hey Group is engaged in ready-wear production and tourism activities.

Sectoral know-how and expertise coupled with high level relationships with HEY Group, Daruma provided debt advisory service in arranging €30.0 million export receivable financing so that HEY Group has reached to more diversified and expanded funding capability which in turn affected competitive position positively in the market.
Thanks to this financing, HEY Group has the opportunity of utilizing revolving facility every year.
