What Difference Did We Make?
One of the first IPOs of foreign companies at WSE. ACE is headquarter in Luxembourg, having plants in Spain and in Poland. Financial investors (mainly private equity house Innova Capital) sold significant stake in ACE. The overallotment option and stabilization were implemented in the offer structure - one of the first cases in the history of private IPOs in Poland.
