What Difference Did We Make?
The Company had established a leading market position in the scrap-booking market and experienced significant growth over the past five years. Headwaters selectively approached a limited group of strategic and financial buyers. The Company needed to have a very controlled process with a bank that could communicate the excitement about an upcoming new product launch while addressing buyer concerns over product and customer concentration exposure.
