BlueMind Wins Major Award

BlueMind Corporate Finance, a leading independent corporate finance advisor and Benelux member of Mergers Alliance, has won the 2008 “Acquisitions Monthly” magazine award for Benelux M&A Advisor of the Year.

BlueMind Corporate Finance, a leading independent corporate finance advisor and Benelux member of Mergers Alliance, has won the 2008 “Acquisitions Monthly” magazine award for Benelux M&A Advisor of the Year.





Acquisitions Monthly awards this “financial oscar” each year to the best corporate
finance firm active in the Benelux region.

Acquisitions Monthly panel:
“Although ABN AMRO put in a solid performance, the panel decided that this year the award for Benelux Adviser of the Year should go to independent corporate finance house BlueMind, which forms part of the international Mergers Alliance network of companies. BlueMind has continued to position itself in the Benelux mid-markets throughout the year and has gone from strength to strength.”

The award, presented to Managing Partner Bart Jonkman at an awards dinner held at the London Hilton Hotel on 22nd January, completes a tremendous 2007 for BlueMind, who led 16 transactions during the year.

The transactions advised on demonstrate the range of BlueMind’s capabilities with advice provided to both public and private companies on the sell side and both management teams and private equity investors on the buy side.
