Peter Wellenhofer appointed new industry advisor to C.H. Reynolds CF

Peter Wellenhofer, formerly Chief Executive Officer at Bruckner Technology Holding GmbH has been appointed as industrial advisor for the industrial technology, plastics machines and industrial plant technology sectors on the advisory council at C.H.Reynolds Corporate Finance AG, German member of Mergers Alliance.

Peter Wellenhofer brings with him considerable experience gleaned during decades in a multiple of management roles in the plastics machines and industrial plant sector. A recognised expert in his field, he led Bruckner Maschinenbau GmbH for almost ten years and was CEO of Bruckner Technology Holding GmbH from its founding until the end of 2009. Under his leadership the Bruckner Group became one of the worldwide leading suppliers in its sector.

Peter Wellenhofer is well-known throughout his industry as a result of his enthusiastic engagement in the work of with the VDMA engineering association. He was on the board of the plastics machines division of the VDMA and also on the regional board for the association in the German state of Bavaria.
The addition of Peter Wellenhofer brings the membership of the industry advisory council to a total of seven.
