Ethica Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of Dietopack, a reference Contract Manufacturer of nutraceuticals and complementary feed, in the sale of a majority stake to Doppel Farmaceutici a portfolio company of the Private Equity fund Trilantic Europe. The former shareholders will continue to act as managers and will retain a minority share in the Company. This partnership will exploit Dietopack capabilities through the exploitation of synergies with Doppel Farmaceutici network.
