Grand Pineapple Antigua, owned by Sandals Resorts International (SRI), is a 180-room resort, located in Long Bay, on the east coast of Antigua.
SRI is one of the most well-known and award-winning hospitality companies in the world. With five brands and 24 properties in seven countries including Antigua, The Bahamas, Grenada, Barbados, Jamaica, Saint Lucia and Turks and Caicos.
On February 19, 2016 Sandals Resorts International (SRI), parent company of Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts and Grand Pineapple Beach Resorts, reached an agreement to sell the Grand Pineapple Antigua, a 180-room resort, to Elite Island Resorts, effective May 30, 2016.
