Mobinck is a division of AutoBinck Group that combines its innovative and flexible business mobility solutions. AutoBinck is a family-owned group with a turnover of 1 billion euro and 1,600 employees that is active in mobility since 1907. The acquisition of XXImo is our 5th successfully completed transaction for AutoBinck.
OXEYE Advisors advised Mobinck on its acquisition of XXImo from Sodexo and a number of other shareholders.
The sellers wanted a quick and clean process. Since OXEYE Advisors advised AutoBinck Group on many other buy and sell side transactions over the previous years, we did not require a lot of time for getting up to speed and helped our client to realise this acquisition at attractive terms within less than 2 months from start to closing.
