Bo has 28 years experience as advisor and audit partner at Mazars, an international audit and advisory firm. Certified Public Accountant in Sweden for 22 years. Experience at Mazars include being part of the international Transaction Services team for 7 years. In his capacity as auditor he has taken active part in several IPOs.
His experience also include several managment functions at Mazars including being Head of business area Public Interest Entities, member of the Board of Directors and Head of Global China Services in Scandinavia. Much of his focus has been on transnational business development and transactions. He has a broad knowledge covering the fields of accounting, tax, finance and strategic advisory.
Bo also has experience as CFO for a start-up in the GreenTech industry.
