Erik joined OXEYE Advisors at its inception, having started as a junior associate at corporate finance firm Albacore Partners, where he has worked on numerous transactions including the acquisition of M&S Mode by Excellent Retail Brands, the refinancing of ACRE’s real estate portfolio, the divestment of Claudia Sträter by 2Deal Ventures and the acquisition of CCI by Bencis.
At OXEYE Erik has amongst other worked on the acquisition of Continental Bakeries by Goldman Sachs & Silverfern, the debt funding of BALR., the acquisition of Riedel by Standard Investment, the acquisition of Cebeco Meat Products by Ter Beke, the divestment of AD BeLux by PartsPoint Group to Autodis and the acquisition of part of the activities of Proficos by Airopack.
Erik holds a masters degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
