Petr joined Proventis Partners in April 2021 as Senior Associate.
Petr Maxmilian has more than five years of relevant experience in M&A transaction advisory with a particular focus on valuation services, financial modelling and due diligence.
At Proventis Partners, he actively applies his valuation and corporate finance expertise in supporting our clients with complex national and international M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Proventis Partners in Munich, he worked as a manager at Deloitte in the Valuation & Modelling department.
Petr Maxmilian holds a BSc in Economics and Management (summa cum laude) from the Free University
of Bolzano, Italy and a MSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Innsbruck,
Austria. Petr Maxmilian is a CFA® charterholder since 2020.
