Sunil leads our Delhi/ North India office. Sunil brings on board over 30 years of enriching leadership experience, working with many prestigious Indian business houses and MNC’s, delivering strategies that work for leading businesses. He has developed a breath of global expertise working for prestigious companies in Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Power & Infrastructure, Agriculture Equipment and Engineering businesses.
Sunil brings on board considerable multi-disciplinary leadership experience from multi-cultured organisations with hands on knowledge of building, growing and managing engineering, manufacturing & technology businesses while having functional knowledge of business strategy, turnaround management, mergers and acquisitions, MBOs etc.
Prior to joining Singhi, Sunil has taken up many prestigious MD/ CEO level roles since 2002 with global companies like Greaves Cotton Ltd (MD& CEO), Continental Engines (Group CEO), Mahindra Navistar (MD & CEO), Caparo India (MD &CEO), SE Forge (CEO) and built strong foundation by starting his career working with Japanese majors Maruti Suzuki and Hongo India (H-One). Sunil also serves on the boards as independent director of prestigious Auto components companies and acts as advisors to the board and promoters for the group like Minda, Hi-Tech Gears etc.
Sunil is a member and active participant at BIS, CII, AIMA, Qualified lead auditor at ISO 9001 and other industry forums.
Sunil earned his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from IIT- Roorkee in 1984. He received Independent Director certificate from Hunt Partners & Board Evaluation, UK.
