Comperia.pl S.A. is the first Polish financial comparison website. The Company gives the users an opportunity to compare and make the most favorable choice among financial products from main groups such as loans, deposits and insurance products offered by financial institutions mostly for individual clients.
IPOPEMA advised as the Offering Agent and Bookrunner in the Comperia.pl IPO transaction.
IPOPEMA facilitated the process placing the issued shares among both institutional and individual investors (by organizing a consortium of banks). Funds raised in the IPO transaction (EUR 2,8m) allowed the Company to make investments in order to create a leading Polish insurance multiagency and to develop the Company’s infrastructure. It also allowed them to conduct a marketing campaign of Comperia’s websites on TV and develop the company’s partnership program ‘ComperiaLead’. Since the IPO, Comperia.pl has been listed on the WSE (previously listed on NewConnect).
