Ethica Group acted as financial advisor in the transaction which envisages the entry of LBO France into the majority of Astidental.
The entry of LBO France alongside the management team will allow Astidental to accelerate its growth thanks to a predetermined development plan, both internal and external through the acquisition of additional companies in Italy and abroad.
