Ethica Group M&A Advisory Division acts as financial advisor in the completion of mergers, acquisitions, and sales of companies, company branches or shareholdings, assisting Italian and international companies, their shareholders, management and institutional investors.

It analyses strategic objectives and assess on the possible alternatives to carry out an M&A deal. It defines the strategies, identifies, selects and analyses the target opportunities or potential purchasers and finally defines and executes the M&A transaction managing the negotiation and coordinating the fiscal and legal aspects.
