Company background

Khronos Advisory Limited commenced operations in June 2009 following the successful management buyout of the predecessor firm, and has continued to provide financial and commercial advise to government clients and multinational corporations in areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, structure finance, capital raisings and liability restructuring.

For two decades, its team members have worked in South East Asia, developing proven skills and experience in corporate finance advisory, mergers and acquisitions and project development.
