The shareholders of DC-Software Doster & Christmann GmbH have sold 100% of their shares in the company to FRILO Software GmbH, Stuttgart, part of Nemetschek Group, Munich. With the acquisition, FRILO strategically expands its product portfolio in the foundation engineering & foundations segment and thus strengthens its position as a leading provider of structural analysis programs.
