Deal Summary
OXEYE Advisors advised the management teams of Deli Home and Outdoor Life Group on their management buyout of the company, where owner, NPM Capital, acquired the shareholding of its co-investor Avedon Capital. NPM Capital and Avedon initiated a sale process for the combined group, but after price expectations were not met, NPM decided to acquire the shares held by Avedon and subsequently split the company into two, each with a separate management team and its own participation plan
