OXEYE advised Nutrixo, shareholder of Délifrance Home Bake (DHB), on the carve-out of its Modified Atmosphere Packaging activities in Ridderkerk from the larger, frozen, Délifrance organisation to Rijnland, a private equity firm.
Under new ownership, DHB will have a focused shareholder eager to grow the business.
