Ethica Group assisted the shareholders of Farma-Derma in the realization of the partnership with Specchiasol.
The parthership aims to create the national champion in the development and marketing of Health-Care products with high medical value. In fact, the new Group, with approximately €130 mln in turnover, more than 300 employees and a network of agents of over 300 units, will have size and structure necessary to become a European leader in the nutraceutical sector.
