Ethica Corporate Finance advised Xenon private equity, minority shareholder of Finproject, – a leading Italian compounder and moulder of high-performance polyolefin – in the sale of their stake to VEI Capital, an Italian PE fund, and to the management.
The deal is aimed at Sustaining Finproject strategic growth plan, by further strengthening its position in shoes market and further developing other end markets, including automotive and consumer goods.
