Singhi Advisors (India) acted as exclusive advisors for divestment of 85% stake in GMP Technical Solutions to giant Japan’s giant, Shinryo Corporation. Shinryo Corporation is a leading ~USD 1.7 Billion Japanese group providing sustainable HVAC solutions across the globe. This is second acquisition of Shinryo in India, earlier acquiring SUVIDHA ENGINEERS INDIA PVT. LTD. LUCKNOW – a leading HVAC engineering company focusing on the pharma sector, in 2018.
