Greenstone Partners advised GBI in its sale to Johnson Controls International plc ("JCI"). JCI is the global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings and includes in its portfolio, industrial refrigeration solutions. The acquisition allows JCI to strengthen its capability in industrial refrigeration solutions and further its capabilities to deliver large-scale sustainability projects.
