Ethica Corporate Finance advised IMESA in the sale of its photovoltaic plant portfolio located in Central Italy.
The portfolio includes three ground-mounted photovoltaic plants located in Central Italy in the Marche region, connected in 2011 and authorized with the Second and Third “Conto Energia” (Italian Feed-in-Tariff).
Value Added
IMESA was looking for new financial resources to be focused on its core business -consisting of designing, manufacturing and installing low and medium voltage electrical panels and systems - and expand its international presence. Ethica helped IMESA finding the right counterparty to maximize the value and at the same time respect the deadline of closing a deal by year end.
