Dresner Partners advised ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. (ISI) on its sale of a controlling interest to Valent Capital Partners (Valent). The transaction will provide the necessary capital and expertise for ISI to accelerate its development roadmap and fuel its future growth. As a result of the deal structure, ISI’s name changed to “ISI Telemanagement Solutions, LLC.”
