The Kohler Company is a privately held corporation founded in Kohler, Wisconsin in 1873, that is a global leader in the manufacture of kitchen and bath products, cabinetry, tiles, luxury interiors, engines, power generation systems and international host of five-star hospitality and Major golf championships.
On December 12th, 2019, Kohler completed a transaction involving the sale of 100% of its equity interest of Maquigeral.
