Phyto Garda®, founded in 2003 by Mr. Alessandro Moglia and headquartered in Rivoli Veronese, is engaged in the research and distribution of food supplements, medical devices and cosmetics through the pharmacy channel. The main product lines encompass: Sanagol® – propoli-based products, Fermentix® – probiotics – and Vitadyn® – tonics.
In 2020 the Company generated ca. €14 of revenues with ca. €4 mln EBITDA.
Deal Summary
Ethica Corporate Finance advised the shareholder of Phyto Garda in the sale of 100% to Specchiasol, a reference distributor of food supplements, nutritional products and medical devices, mainly through pharmacies and herbalist shops.
The deal will reinforce the Group incorporated through the recent acquisition of Named S.p.A. by Specchiasol. The new entity will reach ca. €100 mln revenues with ca. 300 representatives.
