The three subsidiaries "PIXEL", "Mixed Mode" and "NETexpress" support companies in various industries with professional services in the areas of software development, embedded & software engineering and IT support & consult-ing. The PIXEL Group, which was founded in 1988, employs around 160 people at its locations in Gräfelfing (Munich) and Regensburg.
Proventis Partners advised the shareholders of PIXEL Group GmbH, Munich, on the sale to the Ingenics Group, Ulm.
The digital transformation powerhouse with competencies in embedded systems, application software development, and IT infrastructure enriches the service portfolio of the acquirer that is active in process optimization consulting by a digital component. Proventis was able to meet all the individual sellers' requirements and deliver a deal with a complex transaction structure. This covers an exit for some shareholders, and a buy-back model with future call-/put-options for the other shareholders.
