Greenstone Partners advised SNP in its sale to Certis Cisco. Certis Cisco is a Singapore headquartered, global eading provider of end-to-end security solutions, from armed and unarmed physical security to cyber security, with extensive experience in aviation and critical infrastructure security. The acquisition of SNP allowed Certis Cisco to establish Certis Cisco Australia, by combining it with BRI, its existing Australian security business.
