Ethica Group, with the M&A and Debt Advisory teams, assisted Andera Partners and Equiter in their entry into the capital of Tecnikabel, Italian leader in high added value connectivity solutions (special cables, cabling, connectors) for various applications: railway, smart mobility, automation, industrial robotics, telecommunications, avionics and healthcare. The objectives of the entry of Andera and Equiter are: i) to speed up growth in the European and North American markets, ii) to expand the range of connectivity solutions, and iii) to develop new solutions that promote energy and digital transition.
