TECNO FAST is a leading Chilean company in the design, manufacture, assembly, rental and sale of modular spaces. By the end of 2022, TECNO FAST acquired 100% of the capital of the Barcelona-based company, ALCO RENTAL. The group has six factories, four of them in Chile, in Santiago (3) and Puerto Varas (1), in Peru (1) and another in Spain. It completes its network with more subsidiaries in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and the United States. TECNO FAST has a workforce of 1,448 employees.

NORGESTION has acted as exclusive financial advisor to TECNO FAST GROUP in the acquisition of 85% of BALAT. The investment in BALAT has been strategic, having acquired the second largest player in the rental and sale of prefabricated modules in Spain (with more than 50 years, operating in more than 15 countries).
