Togethair® deals with hair colouring and hair care products for professionals. The company's offer is wide, covering all professional uses related to hair care (colouring, bleaching, styling, specific treatments) and the products are sold exclusively in the trade channel of salons and hairdressers. Togethair® covers the Italian market directly through a network of agents and foreign markets (mainly France, Korea and Eastern Europe) through distributors. 2020 turnover exceeds 3 million euros, more than 70% of which is generated abroad, in more than 15 countries.

Ethica Corporate Finance advised Specchiasol - a company active in the distribution of supplements and medical devices under its own brand in the pharmacy/ herbalist channel both in Italy and abroad - in the sale of the professional hair products division, brand Togethair®, to Naturalia Tantum, the cluster of companies active in natural cosmetics and supplements promoted by Assietta Private Equity SGR. With the integration of Togethair®, Naturalia Tantum will exceed €35 million turnover in 2021, confirming its position among the leaders in the Italian competitive scenario.
