With this acquisition, MEDITERRÁNEA will enter the luxury catering market and will add to its portfolio a valuable brand, “The Boadilla Convent”, especially in the wedding segment. After this acquisition, MEDITERRANEA will leverage the market positioning and brand recognition of the target company to further grow its business in the higher margin luxury catering services.
