Greenstone Partners advised Viadux and its majority shareholders, Crescent Capital Partners ("Crescent"), in its sale to Reece Group ("Reece"). Crescent is a leading Australian private equity firm focused on the mid-market. Reece is the largest plumbing and bathroom supplies business in Australia. Reece acquired Viadux as a complementary business unit alongside its existing Reece Civil division, as the two businesses operate in different customer segments of the same market.
