Mergers Alliance recently held its Spring conference in Munich, from 12th – 14th May 2022. The Hotel Bayerischer Hof was a perfect location for discussing trends, market and joint deal opportunities while strengthening relationships around the world.

Under the heading a New Dawn for M&A, nearly 90 professionals of the different partner firms got together and looked into the impact of digitization both on our client‘s and our own day to day activity.
