Ángel Barandalla

Background

Ángel has extensive experience in business analysis and valuation, strategic planning, and investment analysis. He has participated in M&A projects (sales, acquisi-tions, transaction analysis, synergy analysis, etc.), IPOs, and financial and strategic planning processes.

He began his professional career as Equity Research Analyst at Kutxabank Investment, later joining Banco Sabadell´s Financial Management Unit, where he gained seven years of professional experience in Corporate Development and Financial Analysis.

He joined NORGESTION in 2025.

Graduated in Economics from the Public University of Navarra (Pr.2011) and in the Master in Banking and Finance from AFI (Pr.2014).
