He is an industry generalist in middle market M&A. Prior to Montminy & Co, Mr. McCauley was an investment banking analyst intern at The Dak Group based in New York City. As an intern for The Dak Group, Mr. McCauley assisted with navigating strategic options for growth and expansion and pursuing successful exit strategies for clients. Prior to that, he was an investment analyst intern for B. Riley Securities based in Orange County, CA. Mr. McCauley holds his B.S in Finance and Accounting from Chapman University
