Mr. On has eight years of investment banking and private equity experience in a broad range
of industries.
Career
Prior to joining Montminy & Co., Mr. On was a Senior Analyst at Gryphon
Investors, a San Francisco-based middle market private equity firm. At Gryphon, Mr. On
assisted with the sourcing, analyzing, structuring, financing and execution of transactions.
Prior to that, he was an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities where he
helped raise debt for companies across multiple industries as part of the Leveraged
Finance Group. Mr. On received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California,
Berkeley. Mr. On is registered with FINRA and holds Series 63 and 79 licenses.
