Prior to joining Montminy & Co., Mr. Williams worked for L3Harris Technology as an Operational Manager where he managed a wide range of projects and a diverse team of over 50 employees. Mr. Williams holds his Master of Business in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. He
attended California Polytechnic State University where he received his Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering.
