Prior to Join Singhi Ankur had an active Investment Banking advisory experience both in India and The UK with organisations like Wodehouse Capital Advisors and Singhi Advisors in India and Catalyst Corporate Finance (now Alantra Corporate Finance) and Blas Corporate Finance in the UK and have a wide experience of running and closing multiple successful transactions ranging from M&A transactions (inbound, outbound and domestic), equity & debt fund-raising (from early stage to buy-outs) and even advising clients on corporate restructuring and multi-family office services.
