Graduate in Law, Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (Pr. 1989). Master in Economics and Business Management, I.E.S.E., University of Navarra, Barcelona (Pr. 1993). He worked in the construction sector (FCC Group in Madrid) and banking sector (Capitals Market Department of the MIDLAND BANK Plc - HSBC Group, Madrid).
