Specialized in the analysis of acquisition and divestment opportunities, coordination of sales and acquisition processes, business valuation and due diligence completion. Additionally, his experience also includes strategic consulting projects and financial analysis.
Before joining NORGESTION Galder developed his professional activity in the Department of Corporate Development and Investor Relations in ACCIONA where he joined in May 2010. During that time he became involved in the mergers & acquisitions processes conducted by the Group within the areas of renewable energy, infrastructure and services.
Previously to ACCIONA, he worked in Deloitte for almost two years, as part of the audit and consultancy department for the energy and TMT sectors. In 2015 he joined the Consultancy and Corporate Finance team at NORGESTION Bilbao.
Bachelor in Business Administration by Deusto University (Pr. 2008) and post graduated course in Management Development.
