John Juergens is involved in M&A-transactions and autonomously leads both buy- and sell-side-transactions. He has significantly contributed to transactions especially within the sectors Business Services and Healthcare.
Since 2013, John Juergens is a Director with Proventis Partners in Hamburg. After his studies in law at the University of Bonn and the following Rechtsreferendariat he accompanied various transactions in the TIME sector as legal counsel of the GoYellow Media AG, e.g. the acquisition of trademarks and domains as well as the sale of a telecommunication services.Afterwards, John Juergens successfully completed a fulltime MBA program at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management with modules abroad at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, at the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore and at the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai and Beijing.
