Mr. Antunes is a Senior Managing Director in BroadSpan's Rio de Janeiro office.
Mr. Antunes is Managing Director in BroadSpan's Rio de Janeiro office. His experience covers a range of sectors including TMT, Business Services, Energy, Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. He has executed over 50 advisory transactions in excess value of US$13 billion and over US$5 billion in capital raising and project finance transactions.
Prior to joining BroadSpan, Mr. Antunes was responsible for the M&A, capital markets and project finance transactions Banco Modal. Before Modal, Mr. Antunes was Vice President of Corporate Finance Latin America and Structured Finance at ABN AMRO. Previously, he was a Corporate Finance Associate and Analyst at Flemings. Mr. Antunes holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from PUC-RJ, an MBA in Energy from Coppead/UFRJ, an MBA from IBMEC, and he is an MBA Banking professor at the Fundação Getulio Vargas.
